AI Image Editor offers a credit-based system for AI image generation services. This policy outlines our refund terms for credit purchases.
2. No Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Credits purchased on AI Image Editor are digital products. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate availability of credits after purchase, we do not offer refunds for credit purchases.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you purchased credits but they were not added to your account due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase.
These exceptions require proof of the technical issue and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. What Is NOT Refundable
- Credits that have been used (partially or fully)
- Unused credits (digital goods are non-refundable once purchased)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (output quality can vary)
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Free credits provided upon registration
5. How to Report Issues
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical issue:
- Send an email to support@kimibot.xyz
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide the following information:
- Your account email address
- PayPal transaction ID or receipt number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
6. Processing Time
If your request qualifies for a refund under Section 3, it will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. PayPal refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Credit Expiration
Credits purchased on AI Image Editor do not expire. Your credits will remain in your account until used, regardless of when they were purchased.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
