1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Image Editor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Image Editor is a web-based service that allows users to generate and edit images using artificial intelligence. The Service uses third-party AI APIs (including but not limited to Google Gemini) to process user requests.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may not share your account with others.

4. Credits and Payments

New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.
Each image generation costs 2 credits.
Additional credits can be purchased through PayPal.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate explicit sexual content or child exploitation material
Create content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
Impersonate others or create misleading content
Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Images generated by the Service are yours to use, subject to applicable laws and third-party AI provider terms. However, similar images may be generated for other users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
